Zero Carbon Impact:

Building a Sustainable Future

Building a Future with Renewable Materials and Carbon Storage

Building for People, Community, and Environment

We believe the future of construction is all about creating homes and spaces that are low-carbon, energy-efficient, circular, fast to build, durable, and affordable. Is it possible? Our approach makes this next generation of sustainable building a reality today.

Net Carbon Negative

A typical new brick home emits around 300-500kgCO₂e/m² of carbon in its construction. The same house built Kozee Kubee typically emits just 100kgCO₂e/m². In fact, the blocks actually store significantly more atmospheric carbon than they emit in production. So your build project will actually be net carbon negative. Typically around -350kgCO₂e/m².

Embracing Bio-Based Materials

Construction currently accounts for a significant share of global carbon emissions. By choosing regionally sourced, bio-based materials, we not only minimize or eliminate much of this carbon impact, we also create reusable building components that actually store atmospheric carbon. Every project becomes part of a solution, helping remove carbon from the air and keeping it locked away for the future.
