Kozee Kubee blocks are manufacture with exacting 0.1 millimeter accuracy, allowing each component to fit together seamlessly on site and ensuring a reliably straight, flawless structure.

Net Carbon Negative

Compared to the 300-500kgCO₂e/m² emissions of a typical brick home, a Kozee Kubee build emits just 100kgCO₂e/m² in construction. Each block locks away more carbon from the atmosphere than is produced during manufacturing, achieving a net carbon negative impact—typically around -350kgCO₂e/m² for your project.

Superior Insulation

Kozee Kubee blocks deliver outstanding thermal efficiency, with a U value of 0.14 W/m²K as standard, making your home ultra-low energy by default. Want even higher efficiency? Additional insulation can be incorporated, along with the option to achieve industry-leading airtightness.

Fully Interoperable

Kozee Kubee works with nearly any type of foundation, cladding, insulation, window, or interior lining, giving you complete design flexibility to suit your needs.

Strong Yet Lightweight

Kozee Kubee’s advanced chassis is engineered to be lighter than typical building systems, which makes transporting and assembling your structure easy—without sacrificing strength. Each wall block weighs just 39kg but can handle loads up to 13 tons, balancing impressive durability with ease of use. (Though we recommend keeping elephants off your structure!)

The materials used for Kozee Kubee blocks come with a certified lifespan of 60 years, and when protected from moisture, can remain structurally sound for much longer—potentially even centuries.

Circular Design

Kozee Kubee buildings are designed for disassembly, not demolition. Most components and materials can be reused or recycled at the end of the building’s lifespan, supporting a circular and sustainable approach.

Fire Resistant

When finished with standard plasterboard, Kozee Kubee walls are certified to provide up to 90 minutes of fire resistance (REI 90), while floors and roofs offer up to 60 minutes of protection.
